When things get crazy in life it is easy to lose focus on what God wants of us, and if you are like me then it seems like things get crazy a lot.
It has been an eventful month for us as we welcomed two new members to our family as well as moved closer to the church. We are grateful for everything the church has done to help and support us in this time. Through the difficulties and blessings I am reminded of when scripture says in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18:
"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you."
When things get crazy in life it is easy to lose focus on what God wants of us, and if you are like me then it seems like things get crazy a lot. This means we need to continually refocus on God and what he has in store for us. So as summer is ending and the new church year is starting, I want to encourage you to rejoice in the Lord and look towards what he has in store for you this fall.
