What does the gospel mean to you? It is easy to get overwhelmed with life day to day that we lose sight of what is important and what really matters.
Romans 1:16-17 says “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, “The righteous shall live by faith.“”
The gospel is how the righteousness of God is revealed and we can have a relationship with God. This is the most important thing in the world, but I often find myself more worried about how to get through the next day. This is why it is so important to take time to step back and connect with God and see what he is doing. This takes us out of our busyness, but also helps us share this perspective with others.
It is impossible to show others what we cannot see, but if we start to see how God is moving and working in our lives, we can share that with others and invite them to let God work in their lives as well. So I invite you to let the gospel be a part of your everyday life!
