Special Needs Training Planned for October

We are excited to invite all individuals who work with or interact with children and youth to a Special Needs Training and Seminar being held at Mt. Olivet.

When: October 12, 2025 at 12:30pm

Lunch will be provided.

This seminar is designed to provide valuable insights, practical tools, and strategies for creating an inclusive, supportive and understanding environment for children and youth with disabilites. Whether you're a teacher, youth volunteer, or anyone who interacts with children, this trianing will equip you to better serve and connect with children of all abilities.

Key topics will include:

• Practical Communication Strategies

• Building an inclusive environment in a church setting.

• Addressing behavioral challenges with compassion.

• Partnering with parents and caregivers.

Everyone is welcome to attend - whether you're new to special needs ministry or looking to build on your existing knowledge. This seminar is the oppurtuinity for us all to grow together and ensure that every child feels loved, supported, and valued in our community.
